- If needed, your Realtor will draft necessary forms, including counteroffers, disclosures, and related documents.
- Once terms are agreed upon, your Realtor will ensure all documents are properly completed, signed, and finalized. Electronic signature service is included for your convenience.
- Your Realtor will coordinate the inspection with the buyer agent and confirm scheduling. Note: you should not be present during the buyer’s inspection.
