An email is sent to the agent after each showing requesting feedback, i.e. What is the buyers impression of price, condition, etc. Any feedback is automatically emailed to you. You can also log into the showings.com site to view your feedback or change showing instructions.

Learn about your competition and prices in your area. Receive an email immediately after a property has been listed or sold in your immediate area.
Key Lockbox
Make sure agents can access your home quickly with a key lockbox. Combination lockboxes are available to purchase for $45. An electronic lockbox is included with Full Service Package.
Escrow account for earnest money
Choose our Showcase or Full Service Realtor package and we will deposit the buyer’s earnest money check into our trust account until closing. This service is optional with the Basic and Plus packages.
