Note: Due to the recent NAR rule change if the seller chooses to compensate the buyer agent who procures the buyer the fee or commission will no longer be advertised in the MLS starting in mid July 2024. If the seller chooses not to compensate the procuring broker/agent the buyer will negotiate compensation with the agent directly.  

*In addition to the flat listing fee of $3495 Home Avenue charges a $395 Broker Administrative commission at closing.
